Service Description
This option is designed for new clients who want a more supported and structured start to therapy. Over 4–6 sessions, we’ll build a clear understanding of what’s been happening for you, what you want to change, and what will help you feel more grounded day-to-day. Alongside our sessions, you’ll receive tailored psychoeducation, a written treatment focus/plan, and limited between-session email support so you’re not left holding everything alone between appointments. This is ideal if things feel urgent, intense, or you’re ready to work with more momentum from the beginning. Who this is for New clients who want a clear plan and faster early structure People feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally “at capacity” Those who value psychoeducation and practical tools, alongside depth work Clients who want light between-session support for continuity What’s included 4–6 x 50-minute psychotherapy sessions (weekly or as agreed) Initial formulation (making sense of patterns, triggers, and needs) Personalised treatment focus / plan (shared with you in writing) Tailored psychoeducation (e.g., trauma responses, attachment patterns, nervous system) Between-session email support (check-ins, questions, reflections) Therapist responses within an agreed timeframe (e.g., 1–2 working days) How it works We start with your goals and what feels most pressing right now We map what’s maintaining the problem (patterns, triggers, protective strategies) We build stabilising tools + a clear plan for ongoing therapy Between-session email support is for therapy-related reflections and practical clarification.
